I have read some of the other posts about woodstove pellets and want to get them.  I’m still not sure what kind I should get.  What woods are okay?  I know not to get one that has been treated or anything I think?  Would really appericiate some help!

woodstove pellets are pine pellets. they are safe (unlike wood shavings) b/c the phenols are taken out during the processing. you want to make sure to get pellets that have NO accelerant. another option is horse bedding, which s basically the same thing, also very cheap, and may be more readily available depending on where you live.
