Well, what exactly do you mean?
Every bunny is different. For the most part, my bunny Boston runs around the apartment, jumps up on the couch to cuddle or give kisses. Plays with her toys, etc. Some bunnies are more affectionate than others and some more aggressive than others.

if you’re planning on getting a bunny, I would suggest adopting a bunny from a shelter that has already been altered. That way there won’t be any surprises in the bunnies behavior, an altered bun’s personality won’t change much.

Welcome here! Have you had a pet before or will this be your first pet? How come your thinking of a bunny?

Every bunny is different. I have two bunnies and one is really bossy but affectionate, whereas the other is really shy & doens’t like to be petted.

Most bunnies don’t like to be picked up and cuddled, and it’s also rare to have bunnies that like to sit in your lap and be petted. We love our bunnies anyway, cause they’re mischevous and fun, naughty and nice, and usually a bit destructive

Mine two bunny’s run around like crazy,
chew on cardboard,
run through any thing that remotely resembles a tunnel – even legs,
snuggle – A LOT,
hide under chairs, or in boxes,
give themselves baths
play with their toys,
eat lots of hay,
run up to me and put their paws on my legs – “hi. what is going on?”
beg for treats,
steal treats from each other
dig on and smooth out their blankets
bonk me with “little bunny head butts” – more “hi. what is going on?”
demand pets
and always, always look incredibly cute!

my bunny is currently studying the art of demolition. specialising in chewing, especially carpet..but i think she can bring a house down if she put her mind to it hehe. you might expect that from your new bunny too

Sagecat:  I agree that the biggest problem w/ bunnies is that no matter what they always look so cute doing whatever it is.  There’s nothing like a bunny!

I would go on rabbit.org and find your nearest rabbit rescue, or if there isn’t one close go to your local shelter, they’ll have great info to give you.

I would say that bunnies all have different personalities, like people or cats or dogs or horses or…..

My two rabbits are very different…Franklin is very sweet and into people, loves visitors, and new things in her environment to explore. She absolutely loves attention, and is very easy going and has been since she was a baby. My other rabbit Winston is still quite young, and has tons of energy. He’ll race around and do “binkies”, while doing 360s in the air. He’s sorta like a little bucking bronco. He is also more skiddish, doesn;t like to be the center of attention, and is sensitive to changes around him. However, he was much easier to litter train and “catches on quicker” (nice way of saying he’s a little brighter sometimes). I love them both just the same though!

I know you’ll love any bunny you get. They are all fantastic pets, although you must be patient sometimes! Your patience will be rewarded a million times over by their silly quirks, personality, and cuteness.
