Who are you kidding? I never make a long story short!!! 
Ok here’s the terrible story of a girl and boy (Dave and Lesley) and their telus internet connection:
One day the boy and the girl went to the mall and got the stuff for hooking up wireless telus internet. They were told it would be two days before the internet would be hooked up.
The girl (as they are always smarter then boys) said to the boy “I’ve dealt with that company before and they are always a gong show, just phone them tomorrow and tell them it’s been two days and get started on all the hassle early” The boy, being stupid, didn’t listen.
But after two days and no internet he did phone them. And was told it would be up in one day. When it wasn’t he phoned again. And was given another promise date that didn’t happen. Lather rinse and repeat. The girl, seeing the boy was getting nowhere took over. With her suberb threatening and negotiating skills, she got the internet hooked up in a few hours. But after all was said and done there had been over 18 phone calls to Telus and eleven days waiting. BUT she was pleased as she had spoken to a manager and he’d offered one month free for all the trouble.
So the bill came the next month. and then it came again. and again. It seems after weeks and hours on the phone to get the internet hooked up their troubles weren’t over-Telus was now sending them 3-4 bills a month! 
The girl said to the boy I’ve had enough cancel it and get it out of my house, or you deal with it. The boy said he would.
In dealing with Telus, instead of getting apologies and a free month, the boy figured out the bills (apparently) and as telus are switching things over they don’t have internet until Saturday (which given the company the girl and boy are dealing with, it could darn well be the new year before they get internet at home)
The girl is mad at the boy (more so at telus)
