BinkyBunny has given very good advise. I understand completely and agree very much with BinkyBunny.
Always check out who you are boarding your pets with. I also strongly suggest you visit the facility prior to taking your pet and ask many questions and ask them for references.
Let me briefly explain more about myself …. but I will be brief here … as I do not want to use the forum to advertise. I did want to list this post on Binky Bunny regarding boarding house rabbits because I noted many were having a hard time finding a place to board a house rabbit. I would like to help anyone that may happen to be in my area.
I own a pet boarding business (5 years now). We live in the country and board the pets here at our home. The bottom floor of our home is set up for pet care. My husband is retired and he helps me. Our children are grown, therefore there are no children in our home. I am not able to accept any new customers for dog boarding, as I stay full with my current regular customer list. But, I am setting up a new room in my downstairs for any house rabbits that need a place to stay while their owners travel.
