I dug up those 2 stuffed bunnies for HB. Right away he started grooming them.  He likes them. Finally have a use for them. Cotton and Ruby just ignored them.

He is a good beggar too.  I was at the sink and here he came. I felt his warm breath on my foot.  Then his fuzzy face. I gave him some greens and the rest of the gang too.  HB munches them right down.  I think that rabbit would eat anything. Well almost. HE is a good eater.

When I give him his papaya I feel his soft soft face searching for them in my hand. HE is so gentle.  Cotton frantically bobs his head around looking for his and Ruby runs up and waits patiently. When I was eating supper she came up and bumped my foot a couple of times.  I think that is her way of saying hey it’s time for our papaya. Don’t forget. She is so sweet. She bumps my feet a lot.  I go to pet her and she runs off to her box. She seems to want me to go to her box to pet her there. For she accepts pets there.

I noticed HB has a little bit of a bib under his chin too.  Probably cause he is 3 yrs. HE isn’t fat. At least I don’t think he is. I emailed the vet for his appmnt.  in dec.  The vet can show me and tell me what to do about his ears. IF I need to put drops or not.  I dont’ know with lops. And he gets his checkup too.

He is sitting like a sphynx in the kitchen right now. Ahh sleeping. Now he  is all stretched out sleeping. I found him another paperbag too.  HE will probably tear it up right when I decide to go to sleep.

HE did that with the first paperbag. I was hearing tear shred tear. I started to get out of bed to take it away then I thought oh forget it he can’t tear it all nite long. Just let him enjoy it. ME and hubby laughed about it. Shred Tear shred tear. hehee.

Neither of my buns will groom a stuffed animal.  I slept with it for about a week or so, so it would smell like me- and they both ignore it.

Cotton licks my face and arms all the time- but could care less about the stuffed bunny.  I was going to use “stunt doubles” for bonding- but they ignore the stuffed bunny they do have.

Lol… my first bun (Bob) would ignore every toy I ever bought him… until I thought to buy him stuffed animals… then he spent all day grooming them and laying next to him- it was so cute! He had a stuffed elephant, carrot, and dog and he would split his time between the three so they all got equal attention! I read once that bunnies fall into different categories of toy players… I’m not sure if I remember them all now, but some of them were chewers, diggers, tossers, and snugglers and Bob definately only liked his snuggly toys!

I need to try that! Puddles will most likely just ignore it though.

Olivia LOVES her bear. She grooms him all the time and uses him as a pillow. It’s too cute. It’s a bear made for a newborn baby so it’s nice and bunny-safe. I tried giving Stormy a stuffed toy and he attacked it like it was intruding on his turf. Bindi would probably just pee on it Maybe girls like stuffies more than boys?
