I love Hammer more then ive loved any other pet! I love him like a family member, i couldnt ask for anything better.

I love love love Layla so much! I just realised the other night when she plonked down at my feet (no touchies!) and went to sleep then when I moved from my desk to the couch she came over & plonked down at my feet again. I LOVE HER!!!
It’s a different sort of love to the one I feel for Charlie cause she’s my second bunny I guess> I kind of worship her beauty from afar whereas my love for Charlie is much more hands on (ie he actually lets me pet him when ever I feel like petting him, and of course when he demands it).

I live with my parents and my mom is probably pretty sick of me randomly proclaiming “I freaking love my bunny! Seriously.”

Most of the time our buns are better than people  better than other pets too.

I love my sweet little bun buns so much that sometimes it feels like my heart will burst!  And you’re right BT – sometimes our bunnies are better than people! Except for the BB gang of course!

i hear what you’re saying C&C about a different love for Charlie. i feel like that with Meadow. again, aside from the fact that Max is still very shy, Mead is my baby girl. i adore her. in my eyes, she can do no wrong.

I love my Mimzy. He is what I think about all day and sometimes even in my dreams he is there. (And I think my cat knows…he is SO jealous of him!) I never knew having a bun for a friend would be so fulfilling. He’s not the most cuddly bun, like Pip is, and he’s not as energetic (or as well trained on the bed covers) as Fiver, but being my only loppy, he is the one I think about when someone says the word ‘bun’. He is the epitome of bunny to me.

I have to say, as much as I love all my bunnies to the point of tears, I have come to know all the bunnies (and bunny parents) here on Binky so well that I feel like all your bunnies are my sweethearts too. I hope you don’t mind.

AWWWW we know the feeling…Honestly the reason I sought out a bunny forum, my friends and family would roll eyes when they saw me coming LOL too bad for them they still have to hear about what the buns have been up to!!

My last BB box, I got a book called Rabbit health in the 21st century. I get stuff mailed to the parents house and my mom read the book herself before I came over. She said she laughed, cried(alot-there was an extremely touching story of a bun with mouth cancer who didn’t want to go, and oh man, what an amazing read!!) and learned so much. Everyone in the family is staring to come around! LOL

But, I must say, the right man – is not tough to love! And he is totally whipped by the bunny’s, too! He did confess to me that when he mentions our little critters to people at work, he calls them “Rabbits”not bunny’s! He, he, he.

^^^i think Mike does that too! calls them rabbits at work, but when he gets home it’s “how are my bunny-wunny-babies?!” in the sweet lil baby talk voice.

last week we bought a used treadmill (*pats her generous behind*) from one of Mike’s co-workers, they were bringing it in the front door. we prop the door open and his co-worker says, “be careful, don’t let the rabbits out!” whoops… in my treadmill excitement i had completely forgotten that the buns were out and about… i thought it was so funny that this stranger knew enough about my buns (from Mike) to know they wouldn’t be caged in the middle of the day! lmao!

of course, after the treadmill was in the house, he had to go meet them and he made a dinner joke… grrr.

I went to bf’s work drinks the other day & people kept asking me how the bunnies were, they knew their names and everything. One person even commented that Layla had grown since we first got her…cofirming my suspicions – that there are pictures of our bunnies on the wall at his work! LOL, totally bunny-whipped.

It’s weird, but I can tell that I haven’t started to love Samantha yet, although I do care. I miss Spockie’s ways, and the two are just different. I loved him so much, and yet, he seems farther away now that I have a new bunny. She doesn’t love me yet, either. I expect it took some time when Spockie was a baby too. After the initial “you must come home with me” response.

Little Man is the biggest brat on earth… he only loves me when I have raisins in hand, but I swear I love that critter like madness. I would spoil him like craziness if it wasn’t so bad for him.

My girlfriend and I already know our buns come first and we second. So we’d give up each other for our buns. Although Maryann hates her, it’s not enough.

Yep, sitting with her ears up, keeping an eye on you guys, ready to give your GF a good nip if she gets too close.

Well she attacks me whenever she comes over “Why did you bring HER here?!” and one time when my girlfriend and I were showing affection, she went immediately over to Dono and mounted him – as if to say, “This man’s mine, you hussy!”

Markus- that is too funny about MaryAnn.  That would make a cute book-  “The World According to MaryAnn.” 

LOL!! *when* he proposes it’ll be when I drag him to the store, after making him save, to make him pay for the ring that I picked out, proposing using cue cards I wrote out ROTFL!!

*IF* he could do it safely, it’d be cool if he somehow attached a ring to a bunny… or tied it in the condo so you’re cleaning and there’s something hanging there glittering…
