Rascal. I stopped using shredded paper in his litterbox.  We had a huge bag of it from the bank that we found. I wanted to stop using it cause it gets everywhere.

Well I put down some newspaper and put his hay on one end.  Later on we hear rip tear  rip tear.  Go look and HB has taken a section of the newspaper pulled it out of the litterbox and was tearing it. HE still had some paper in his litterbox that he left.

So hubby got out the brown paper bag and put it in there for him to shred instead.     Today I cleaned his box and left him a piece of the newspaper out hoping he won’t take more out of the litterbox.  Also hoping he will shred his paper bag. I see tear marks in it,.  That may have solved the problem. Hope so.

He really seems to be comfy here.  I wonder what his prev home was like.  I know he stayed on the screened in patio from his bio.  I hope he likes it here better.  HE seems to have things to do.  WE like it when they are happy chewing something.

HE has taken to chewing holes in his towel though. I see pieces all over ahhahehhee.  Oh well. It is his towel guess he can put holes in it if he wants to.

HE has a nice cushion you know those kind in the bottom of those cloth pet carriers.  HE seems to like it.  Especially with it getting cold in Florida. Yeah cold hurrah. Windows open allergies be damned.

Sure is nice with the windows open I just love it.   Allergies aren’t bad either.  The nasonex I like better than the flonase. I think it works better. For me anyway.

it must be great to have the cooler weather in FL. up in OH, it’s too cold for my tastes…

mine love shredding newspaper. i tried to use it in the litterbox but they would just pull it up and make a giant mess EVERYWHERE, so no more newspaper in the litterbox!

Yes it’s a pain. I used shredded paper on top the newspaper but he would pull it out and make a mess of that and it got all over the floor in the kitchen too.  Thats where I kept the bag of paper.   If I use litter I would go broke he pees a lot. Seems the paper i put him to play with didn’t help much.  HE still pulled 1 section of newspaper out of his box. Hahahaa. He must like them a lot.  I subscribe to the paper just for the Honey Bunny and I get the added bonus of reading them too.  The neighbor brings me her old newspapers too.  She about the buns. That is nice of her to bring them to me.  They go from Donna to Mary to me.  I go outside and she had a pile of them sitting on my porch chair. With a shoe to hold them down.  They both are real nice neighbors.  Good people.

OH well guess I just have to deal with it. Amazingly all the poo and hay stays in his box.
