Wasn’t sure where to put this.

Is this normal? I noticed about 3 days ago that when I go fill Pacey’s food and hay bowls he takes a bite of each then starts racing around the room binkies then gets another bite and does it all over again until he is full lol. It is hilarous to see but is this normal lol he also does it when i give him an apple stick.

How cute! I think some rabbits are just more anxious about their food than others.

I have some rabbits who look forward to it and others who just expect it so I think it just depends on the rabbit.

                ^^ *snickers* too funny kraspace!!

Yes some bunnies do get very excited. When I give treats at the humane society or my shelter, I think the anticipation and seeing other bunnies getting treats feed into it but they all get very excited!!

My bunnies are more along the lines of expectinb bunnies LOL No excitement just ‘oh you’re late with this, try to do better next time’ heheh

laugh all you want KK! I’m the exception to the rule that all females instintively know how to cook…lol

My little old geezer Simba does get excited when he hears the applesauce jar open and knows he’s about to get a bite. He zooms across the condo, up the side and bounces off my chest back into the condo, I don’t think he even knows he’s doing it. When I first got him he was like a little crack addict on yogurt drops, so I’ve gotten him switched over to a small bite of unsweetened applesauce once a day. He doesn’t react that way to any other food or treat and afterwards he just lays in the corner like he’s in a coma for a bit
