  Some of us have already come out and admitted we’re nutters and have conversations with our buns. Then there’s the singing…. A few members have posted their songs they sing to the bunnies. SageCats Crazy little bun called Winston, Cassi’s song for Layla, To good to be true. I’m sure MimzMum has posted some modified tunes around the place too.
  
  Does your bunny/bunnies inspire you to burst out into song? Do you think of one in particular when you look at them? Have you modified a song to make it theirs? You get the drift. Don’t be shy, add to this thread about those special tunes.
  
  Maybe leave out the sound recordings of you singing them to keep the site operating smoothly. You can save that for Bun Idol or something.

  I’ll start. The song I most relate to Jersey is Van Morrisons Brown Eyed Girl. It was her bright brown eyes that had me whisking her off to come live with me. Looking at the lyrics, it actually is quite fitting for a bunny song – minus the end of the last verse. Don’t ask!
  
  Lately, I’m tempted to sing some Carmen Miranda stylings of “I, Yi, Yi, Yi, Yi (I like you very much)”, but I don’t think I’d be forgiven.

  Actually Charlie gets brown eyed girl but I say boy obviously. There’s something about the song that makes me want to sing it again and again and again…

  You’ll never guess what I’ve been singing ALL DAY! Your just too good to be tr-ue… Go figure! And that screaming bunny……had me giggling when I was trying to get to sleep last night. Don’t worry anyone reading this – the bunny is from youtube video – no cruelty invovled.

  well, this does not involve song…but whenever we are watching Food TV (or any other channel) and someone says “bun” (for example..put the cheese on the bun), I will ask my hubby “Did you hear that…he said “bun”! And of course the way I say “bun” (all lovey and cute) is different than the way they say it on TV (short, unemotional, refering to food). Yeah, I know that is weird, but I love my bunnies and one is usually out with us when we are watching TV.

  Yes I have a Cotton song. I make up different ones as the mood strikes.
  
  Cotton Cotton cotton bun      he’s my bun     my favorite bun.     He stares at me thru a big blue eye     I love my Cotton bun.
  
  I sing one of Cotton’s kind of bluesy type sometimes too.    I have not sang it in a while. I think I forgot it.   When the mood strikes I will remember it agian.

  My songs are kind of short           I don’t have a rhythym going yet it is too early in the morning.   Well actually it is noon.         I normally make up the songs as I go along.   Too bad I can’t remember all the ones I make up on the spur of the moment.
  
  I was singing one to Ruby   my li’l girl the other day and can’t remember it.

  Arg! I can’t remember the song I seen to Oliver! I’ll post it later… Well I used to sing Baby Come Back by Vanessa Hudgens to my rat Babee when she would run around the room and wouldn’t come back!

  And if it’s the screaming bunny I’m thinking of, that was definitely cruel! Did you hear that woman’s singing voice?? 0_o Brought tears to my eyes!
  
  I don’t know how many different songs I’ve bun-napped and made into ‘silly little love songs’ (in fact, Paul McCartney and Wings come to mind) but I just made up a new one lately.
  Does anyone here remember the nonsensical Lily Tomlin movie from years ago called “The Incredible Shrinking Woman”? (No, I’m not going to sing Little Bar of Soap!) I had the stupid song about Galaxy Glue going through my head and just put Pip’s name into it:
