  Awww so cute!! He looks like a cross between Pinky (BBM) and Jack (BB) He’s certainly cute!!

  He is a little tubby huh? lol. All the same, he’s quite spectacular looking. Are you missing him? Missing them!! I don’t know how foster carers do it. I would have trouble saying goodbye when they get a home. Guess it’s easier since you knew he was going back to his loving Mum!
  
  It’s been nice to get to know a little about Fitzgerald. Keep us updated if you can.

  I just heard from my girlfriend. Apparently Fitz took the trip to the east coast great. He slept most of the way. When they got to the house, she opened up the carrier and he went exploring everywhere, binking and even using his new potty box. She was surprised about how active he was and I told her that was in part because he was happy he was no longer in a cage but also because he was on a better diet. She commented on how well he was eating his hay and pellets – having wolfed them all down when he got out of the cage. I told her as long as she keeps a handle on the treats, he’ll continue to do so and be healthy.

  lolz…Awes, glad to hear they both made the trip okay. I do hope she can keep up on his new regimen, it sounds like it had a wonderful effect!
  
  Those pix of him at the vets (?), holy cow, how did you get him to just stay on the table while you took snaps of him like that? My buns would be up and running and out the door before you could say jackrabbit!
  
  *giggle* Oddly enough, some of those shots where he’s giving you that mild stink eye remind me of that old Goofy cartoon where Goof is talking to his reflection in the mirror:
  
  Goofy: (walks by and catches a glimpse of himself) “Hello, Handsome!”
  Mirror: “Hello, FAT!”
  Goofy: (rounding on the mirror) “Huh? WHO’S fat??
  Mirror: “Who? YOU!”
  Goofy: “Why I’m fit as a fiddle! (beats his chest-which he has to suck up from his abdomen as a violin plays scales in the background..which changes to a cello sound playing the same scales as his ‘chest’ drops back down where it was originally)
  Mirror: “Yeah…a BASS fiddle!”

  wow markus you’ve really convinced her to change a lot of her old bunny habits… nicely done! fitz is so adoreable he totally looks like pinky-poo’s long lost bro. her ears are perked a little more than his. but of course they are… she is a young lady after all!

  wow. he looks annoyed about being at the vet, but he’s pretty calm overall it seems. he is such a great-looking bunny. his eyes are beautiful!

  He actually began to fall asleep at the vets. (if you look at the first, then second vet photos, you can see his eye beginning to close). I was rather surprised at how calm he was. I guess he realized he couldn’t hop off the table so he just decided to take a snooze while he awaited his fate…

  ^^ She adopted him from a shelter right? Maybe he’s just used to and not worried about hustle and bustle-too cute!!!
