I am getting my buns on Oxbow Basic T       Does the Oxbow website still sell it?  I was looking for a post stating something about Oxbow and no more shipping orders.  I dont’ really remember all of it.

Also looking at Petsmart website it appears a 5 lb bag of Oxbow is 12.99.  An I seeing things?  Thats certainly a lot for a 5 lb. bag. Or is it a 10 lb bag. That would be more reasonable.

Since are cellphones are shut off right now I can’t call them.

Yeah had written the bills out on an old account that was closed without noticing wasn’t the correct account. Gosh what a nightmare. I hate those kind of mistakes.

the petstore i go to sells the 5 lb bag for 11 bucks, so 12.99 might be right… it’s in the same neighborhood. when i got the 10 lb bag at the vet, i was paying about 16 dollars for it… Oxbow is not cheap, but it’s good.

I see on oxbow’s site 5 lbs for 7.00 and 10 lb for 11.00 I think.  Well I guess that makes up for the S&H we would otherwise pay  if we don’t buy it from Petsmart.

I need 15 lbs let me try to figure this out.  My calculator batteries all ran out.  Took me a month to figure out I have a calculator on my cell phone.

gosh I think I came up with 40.00…..   I think 10 lbs a month would do it but just in case.

Oh and thats another reason I don’t need a 4th bun.  Even a 2 lb one.  Food bill…. Not that I can’t afford it   And the litter too.  and brome and orchard hay for variety.

i know. food gets pricey. i spend about 130 a month, sometimes more, just on litter, food, hay and veggies… 2 buns are plenty for me right now…

A 10lb bag of the Oxbow Timothy pellets is 10.99 on the Drs. Foster & Smith website – i just put in an order for that and a 25lb box of hay today! A ridiculous amount of hay, but the bunnies will plow through it in no time. 🙂 We also buy a lot of aquarium supplies on their website, so we do big orders and really save on the shipping.

If you go to Oxbows site you can check to see if anyoen in your area sells it. Also check w/ your local HRS because I know ours sells it as well. I have bought it directly from Oxbow and also Dr. Foster&Smith but shipping is always a lot.
