You should talk to you vet about the concerns with the bunny being exposed to roundworms. Yes, it is transmittable from pet to pet- orally- basically your bunny would have to ingest the eggs that the kittens roundworms are shedding in the kittens stool. But if they have been together and rabbtis are so, so clean and groom a alot- it is a possibility.
Revolution is labeled for CATS as you linked- rabbit use for Revolution and Advantage is technically “off label” as it is not worth the $$$ to undergo testing to become labeling for use in bunnies. So with that being the case- I would not trust Revolution to deworm the bunny as there have been no studies, etc. Yes, Revolution is a prescription. Your vet will probably advise getting a stool sample checked on the bunny- if they have been together for quite a while already the bunny should test positive if the bunny does have roundworms.
Once you get the kitten cleared up it should no longer be an issue- just make sure to keep the bunny away from the kittens litterbox, etc until you get the all clear from your vet. And frequent litterbox scooping (daily) is recommended for the kitten while treating to help prevent reinfestation (the wormer rids the cat of adult worms-and subsequent doses will kill the rest of the worm lifecycle).
You may or may not see any worms in your kittens litterbox after worming- if they have a heavy load of parasites then there is a good chance that some will pass without being digested (they look like spaghetti) but if they have a light load sometimes they will break down and digest after being killed by the wormer- so you never see them.
