  ruby’s hormones have kicked in .Her spay is nov 6 when she is 7 months on the nov 2. She is chasing Cotton I came home to lots of hair all over yesterday. She seems to be wanting to go into the kitchen space where I used to put her til the 2 got used to each other. Cotton was chasing her today. She pees in her house when I don’t take her out in the mornings.
  
  She has sprayed cotton’s cage. I dont’ want to keep them seperate til Dec. I will have to start all over again. I took her out today cause of the chasing and spray. I wonder if Cotton is getting upset with her spraying etc. They had a big tiff yesterday when we were gone.
  
  I am still going to take Cotton with her to the vet for her spay no matter if they are still getting along or not. To be safe about the new smells she may have from being there you know.
  
  Cotton doesn’t mind her not being there it seems. After a few hours he will go uinder the table where they would lie down together. HEestill likes her and I saw him grooming her last nite.
  
  Maybe it will be safer to keep them together when I am home if they aren’t chasing each other around. Then after her spay work on them again. Once she calms down poor thing. She just can’t help herself.

  oh shoot! i completely forgot she’s not spayed! (so many bunnies on here, it’s hard to keep track of who is and who isn’t sometimes!)
  
  suddenly her behavior issues over the past couple weeks are making sense!
  
  in my opinion, it would be best to separate them until after the spay and she is healed up for at least a few weeks. if they keep fighting, that is going to have more of an impact on their bond, than being separated for a couple months. not to mention one or both can be badly injured which would result in another expensive vet bill. don’t take the risk and keep them together just to save the bond.

  Alright thanks Beka that helps. It is worrisome when they have a tiff and hair is all over. I would not want a serious injury to occur.
  
  Hubby is against altering so hopefully I can get this happening as planned. I have to call a cab and make an appmnt with them for the ride over. I would end up staying all day like I did with Laith. Then call the cab to get home. I don’t mind. Just bring a good book and relax. And worry ahhaheehe.
  
  You know it is true there are a lot of people here and it is hard to keep up with who and what
  
  the more the merrier. I have met some good people here. Kind helpful people. New friends I would never have had. Who talk bunny !!!!!!
