Ohh doggone it.  I get up this morning and pee in the cage. I had to take it apart and clean it again. I guess I will have to let them sleep seperately. Darn.  I dont’ know what else to do.

I was just a fussing this morning as I cleaned the cage out.  I set Ruby’s up again. I put her in it to feed her.  She looked so sad.  I took her out and put her with Cotton.  Poor girl.   Couldn’t resist that little girl face of hers.    I don’t know what to do about this.

I wonder if it is Cotton. I doubt it tho.  I do notice when Cotton hears me talking to HB  in the bathroom he gets jealous and poops at the bedroom door baby gate.   That is irritating too.  Cotton must be saying hey no trespassing this is my Ruby and my area.

Of course HB’s smell is on my feet when I walk between the 2 hehehe.  Once all this is settled down I may start introducing them to HB slowly. Then all 3  will be in the living room hurrah.

Did you end up putting another litter box in there for her? I think you said cotton spends alot of time in the litter box so you thought she mightn’t get a chance to use it. As you said though, it might be Cotton is the culprit. Maybe it is a bonding issue so hopefully those with experience here will have better suggestions.

yes they had 2 litterboxes in there and did fine the first nite with 2 but not the 2nd nite.  So I put them in seperate cages right next to each other so they could see each other while we all slept.  Everything was clean when I got up.
