        Boston’s hay feast!

In pic #3 her bunny butt is too big, or she’d be all the way in!

Hahaha those are cute pics!! I love when animals help themselves-sooo cute!!

The horse I was leasing one time untied himself (you use a quick release knot to tie a horse, and it does undo easily) strolled down the aisle, took the lid of a bin of sweet feed and helped himself!

            awww, bunny in a baggie…..

KK, my horse knew how to undo the quick knot, too. and how to walk a cattle guard, open a slip bolt, even the ones where you have to lift AND slide it. She should have been named Houdini instead of Jessie.

She lived at our rodeo grounds, in a pasture ajoining the arena. One summer she learned to open the gate to the narrow loading chute, that went under the stands to the bucking chutes, open that gate, cross the arena, exit into the stands by way of the people gate, walk through the stands and go out through the ticket stand. People used to just sit and watch her figure it out. She tried to go out the turnstile once and got jammed and we had to dismantle it and grease her sides up to get her out.

One time someone had brought several horses to practice in one of those really big trailers. While they were roping, it got dark and when they left, didn’t notice that she had hidden away in the trailer until they got home and unloaded.

That’s so funny. Layla doesn’t go through the openning…she just makes her own new opennings! Found that the hard way when I left the bag a little too close to the side of her cage last week!

Of course we can all see – in the top pic – that there is NO hay in her pen!

Therefore, she just has no choice, but to eat right out of the bag.
