  i saw this little girl on Ellen who started a website that donates food to dogs. all you have to do is answer a trivia question (even if you’re wrong!) it donates 10 pieces of food to dogs in shelters. it might not sound like a lot but it all adds up. she also has a site for cats. i went on and you can sign up to recieve email reminders each day if you’re forgetful like i am… i know this is not bunny related, but it does involve animals in need, so i thought i’d link to it. you can also donate directly…

  like i said, you can give them your email and they will send you one email per day with the links to both the dog and cat sites… i signed up so i can just check email and go right thru there…

  i’m still impressed that it was a little girl (9 or 10, i think) who came up with this. her dad helped her get it rolling, which is very cool too. if i had told my parents what i wanted to do at her age (or heck, even now as an adult!), they’d just blow me off…

  i am still doing this everyday. i love getting the reminder email, otherwise i’d forget… i am a bit shocked at the difficulty of some of these questions. fortunately i’m not being graded… lol!

  I tried email but I get back as undeliverable (to sent the suggestion you pointed out Lilysmama-I think that’s a great idea ) But the mail won’t go through!!

  In this economy, I suppose we are fortunate that there are sponsors still willing to help feed dogs, cats, and people! It’s getting tough out there, the news is so depressing!!
