Well, Drue’s been spending the day in the kitchen today.  We ate dinner in there tonight and after dinner I got down under the table to give him his papaya and my son dropped a piece of whole wheat penne.  Drue was just like a puppy dog waiting under the table for the kids to drop food and snatched it right up.  I grabbed it away from him but he had already devoured over half of it.  I THINK that was the only piece he got but I can’t be sure my son didn’t drop another piece during dinner before I got down there.  Now obviously i know that pasta isn’t GOOD for rabbits but will he be ok having eaten it??  Or is this something I need to call the vet about?  He’s acting fine.

He should be O.K., keep an eye on the potty box. They just shouldn’t have too much starch, it won’t be lethal. Little stinker!

And where are the pix already posted of Drue? I don’t think I’ve seen them yet? (Unless my crummy memory is playing tricks on me again.)

DJ is like this. He’s eaten pasta, oatmeal squares cereal and chips that the kids dropped on the floor. Just don’t make a habit of it and he should be fine.

Yea I think Drue’s going to be kicked out of the kitchen during dinner time.  He’s just too quick and he’ll eat anything.  Tucker will too but when it’s dinner time she usually hangs out in her cardboard box house if she’s in the kitchen.  It’s her favorite place to be and she’s not too fond of the kids anyhow.  Drue however LOVES the kids and stays right under the bench which is where the kids eat lol.

Fiver is quite the mooch. He’ll go after anything in my hands, even Kleenex.

I have to keep an eye on him when I unwrap my granola bars and stuff. He immediately thinks I’ve opened his treat bag and he’ll get put out if it’s food that’s going into my mouth instead of his. I never knew a bunny could pout before.

*after Charlie began to cry, and we began to cry from his breath, a sprig of mint was administered.*

DJ is such a beggar too. If he ever smells me eating any kind of fruit, he stands on his hind legs and puts his paws up against the wall of their pen and pokes his head out of the top. He folds his ears back and cranes his neck forward as if to say “Please please please I am *starving* here”
