  Tomorrow is International Rabbit Day!!! [It’s the last saturday in september every year and it started in the UK]. every bunny needs to do extra binkies and demand extra treats. bunny mommies and daddies need to tell all the ppl they know how great rabbits are as pets and how rabbits are for loving and cuddling!! and not for eating, wearing or using!!

  apparently, this holiday originated in the UK from the efforts of rabbit rescue and welfare groups. It’s purpose is to emphasize the need for greater public awareness of what pet ownership responsibilities are involved with this third most popular domestic pet.
  
  please do what you can do today to educate others about the real responsibilities of bunny ownership so there will be fewer people buying rabbits on impulse and then deciding to dump them just as spontaneously when they realize how much responsibility really is required.
  
  you could also make a donation to HRS or any rabbit rescue for that matter.

  I didn’t know it was today. I got all confused because during the summer I was on a rabbit website and Rabbit Day was listed as in August but I didn’t think that was right.
