Yes the server actually crashed, don’t know much technical stuff, but I guess that’s who carries the site…Anyways we’re back online _THANK GOODNESS I for one was in major withdrawl!!

Whew. My computer has been funky lately and I thought it might be me.
I resisted the urge to email some of you guys to ask. Figured I know this morning.

Server crashed? Isn’t this the new one you switched to a few months ago? Sheesh.

I am so glad I wasn’t the only one. Yesterday was the longest work day I have ever had in my entire life! =D

lol! i know. i was goin’ nuts without BB! if anyone is ever wondering if there’s a tech issue with the site, feel free to email any of the CLs. maybe save at least one of our emails to your address book, just in case.

NO kidding However I was gone a lot yesterday.  Tho I missed it last nite when I was home. Ohh was I ever.   My bunnaholic side was going crazy hehee.

I would sit down at the computer and when I could not get onto BB I realized there was nothing else I wanted to check- other than Disapproving Rabbits (which only needs to be done once daily) and LolCatz.   And it does not take long to check those other 2 sites.

Yes! I’m still sighing with relief! I know what you mean Katnip – I tried perusing other Bun sites too but it just doesn’t satisfy. Besides, I don’t ‘know’ those buns!

I am so used to the server crashing at one of my favorite pet sites that I figured that had to be the problem here, but since I haven’t downloaded Pam’s link for the Firefox fix I did wonder if it was just my computer.

Do you all notice more servers having problems in the last six months to about a year? It seems to be getting worse overall on the net these days.

That fixed worked for one lovely week, and now it’s baaaaaaaaaaaaaack!
I have had an awful time, the same problem, all week. I tried going back to an earlier point, and of course used the new gizmos to clean, clean, clean, but no luck.

So don’t feel badly. I think we all just have to wait for Mozilla to get their bunny butt in gear and fix their own problems.

P.S. BB, I still cannot access the Webcam, either on Mozilla or IE. How are Jack and Ruce?

i think the server thing has been much better recently, it seemed to be just an isolated thing this time. for awhile (spring and summer) it was much more frequently.

I JUST discovered that Mozilla Firefox has upgraded 3 on September 24th. There’s a new download in the Firefox site to update. I just did it. Even if it’s not very good, it can’t be worse, right? Go get it. We’ll compare notes. (Firefox, you were sooooo good. We want that again…) Here’s the link.

I was in withdrawl too. But instead I went for a three hour hike in the mountains. Which wasn’t bad either.

Oh that’s bizarre, Pam, I think my Fox just upgraded to that version. (seems to be auto on launch) It was working lovely at first, now it’s giving me grief again.
Mozilla needs to crack the whip over their techs, I still can’t load pages worth beans.

Check out the link, because mine was good last week, then it got ugly. These updates seem to be addressing new boo boos in 3, so maybe there’s a little fix in it that will help.

I just cleaned house this morning and dumped a bunch of programs I never got around to using. (Several that came on the disc with Quark, that sort of thing.)

So far, I’m not getting grief tonight. Just my usual mandarin spam email.
