  Hey everyone! I’m new here but not new to owning bunnies!! Growing up we had 5 dutch bunnies which I absolutely adored, right now I’m looking to adopt one. I found out there’s a flemish giant rex mix available at the local shelter!! my 2 favorite breeds!! Although I don’t think she has any flemish in her, I heard to make rex fur both the parents have to be rex (is that true??) , and she deffinately has the rex fur. Either way she’s ADORABLE!! what do you all think??

  She may be crossed with a full rex X rex-flemmish cross if that makes sense. Who knows. Post back here if you get her!!!!!!

  Yes as of a month ago I am!! I live 10min from Apple Valley, how about you?
  
  That particular shelter hosts something called “hoppy hour” every sunday from 1pm-2pm!! I can’t wait to bring my (future) bun to play with the others!! I want to go this Sunday so I can check out hoppy hour before I go, plus the fiance can come to approve the bun before we adopt her.

  she’s gorgeous. she def. looks like a standard rex, not sure about the flemish… she might just be a large rex. i hope you get her, she’s so sweet looking.

  If I were you I would snatch her up in two seconds!!! She has the look of my mini-rex but 10lbs!!!! I would die to have a bunny like my Stormy who weighed 10 lbs! More snuggability!!!!!!

  There’s the schedule for hoppy hour!! I think I originally said every sunday but its every other.
