ok my Mom used to send me to catachism.  I was about 10-12 years old.  I hated to go cause I missed my cartoons.  Anyway I had never used an alarm clock b4.   Also at the catechism class we were learning about day of judgement and end of the world. I remember my MOm telling me we will nuc ourselves to death…. Anyhow….

Well I set  the alarm clock that nite for the first time ever.   I  was in a nice sound sleep. Next thing I know this horrid loud beeping sound started up.  I sat up in bed very quickly. I thougth oh m y God the end of the world has come they are coming to get me.    Then I realized it was the alarm clock.  Talk about turn that sucker off.  Knocked a few years off my life that morning.

I was laughing with my Mom over that the other day.  She said she never knew that. I told her I was too embarrassed to say anything.
