  My baby bunny boy Tank is turning into a little man. I’ve been checking for testicular descention every couple of days…and Tanks are about to erupt. He’s only about 8 weeks old. Why do they grow up so fast?

  The great thing about bunnies though is how they stay insanely adorable even when they grow up! My 6 year old Juli I still call “baby Juli” !!

  I have to chime in here. When Mimzy first came to us I thought he was a girl. By December last year, he was more than ready to be neutered and when I saw how large the scars were it was like OMG! Those things were HUGE! 0_0

  There is an up-side to his manliness showing itself so soon. I was the one who sexed them when we went to pick them out. Rangers look like they’re just a little bit behind Tanks I had to look a little bit harder but definitley found the eruption sites. I know I got lucky this time because even the rescue lady quoted her vet as saying “in baby bunnies you’ll be right about half the time”. So…yay me!
  
  Or…maybe I just have a natural bunny sexing knack…even though I apparently can’t tell the difference between a neutered male and an intact one…lol
  
  EDITED TO ADD: Digger’s “junk” still isn’t hanging down like all of the other intact males I’ve seen. And trust me, I’ve been paying lots of attention. Does anyone have any idea why they aren’t dangly?
