When we got Tucker the girl said that he was a boy, that’s about it.  She was a teenager who had wanted to get into bunnies and then decided against it.  So, we knew he was 6 mos old and a boy.  That’s about it.  Well..lately I’ve been having my doubts.

We’ve had him a few months and no he has not gone in for his vet visit yet.  I know that’s bad but the vet is quite a drive away and we want to have him go for his neuter at the same time and said vet is ALSO pretty expensive. 

So, Anyway I have my doubts about him being a boy.  I need to somehow get him over on his back though so that I can check that out for sure.  So far I’ve only been able to take peaks when he’s flopped or put my hands down there seeing if I can find testicles.  So…one..I see no testicles so I am wondering if he WAS neutered…or if he’s possibly a girl.  If I see a penis but no testicles I’d make an appt for a check up now and atleast have him check and see if he was neutered.

I know it seems weird that he’d be neutered…and I find it very doubtful BUT all the pet stores here sell them already neutered, so that is I guess a small posibility.  I think it’s more likely that he’s a girl though.  Or that he’s just pulling them up or something..I’m not sure.

Anyway, Tucker loves to be petted but he hates to be held. I CAN pick him up for about a second before he goes nuts.  How do I get him on his back to check all this out.  If I could hypnotize him that’d be lovely..but I have no idea how to go about this.  I’ve tried to burrito him and he doesn’t go for it..but maybe I’m doing it wrong???
