Here’s a up date on Ze She hasen’t been eating very much. I checked on her Fri morning abou 5 am she was in the same place I left here when I went to bed and was a little lathergic. So I took her to the vet and she perked up I think she likes the vet asst Chuck. The gave her Sub Q fluids and a shot of Reglan and they taught me a easy less stress way to syring feed her (she ate it all) she ate two grapes yesterday and astrand of hay. today so far she ate a carrot and I feed her some carrot, banana apple juice baby food and some critical care. I’m going to leave her a lone with her collar on today. I’m going to get in the pool today. I’ll take her collar off tomorrow and see if she still wants to eat her stitches. I’m at the libary using the computer my phone and computer were turned off. I’ll check back Tue their closed Mon and Tues thanks for you concern Kokaneeandkahlua. kittsbuns

Herbs sometimes increase a bun’s appetite when they don’t want to eat.  When I do post-spays I usually hand feed parsely, cilantro and/or mint to get them started back up.  I find that if you break the strem to release the flavors and scents, then stick the stem end of the herb into the bunnies mouth, she’ll usually start to chew it out of refles.  i can usually get them to take in a little food this way to get them started.

She ate 1 1/2 baby carrots and a couple of leaves of spring mix lat night and I stoped and got some alfalfa hayto try her poop is so small and strung together. If she’ll eat any hay right now that’s better then none I’ll start her back on timothy after she starts eating better. please say a prayer or send good vibes her way.
