Combining 2 things into one posting!

        – Our dog, Dakota, has always had a “thing” about the vacuum.  At first we thought it caused her to go into some kind of weird frenzy and just bark away at the other animals until we realized that wait a minute, she’s trying to warn them about it!  She’ll rush up to the vacuum when it’s on and then go bark at the others to warn them that the big blue monster is loose!  Okay…..  so fast forward to today, when I’ve finally gotten it out and I’m ready to vacuum after the unpacking and bunny battles we’ve had going on.  Turn it on and – zoom there’s Dakota, looking aghast.  The big blue monster is here too!  She thought she’d successfully vanquished it in Edmonton but alas, it’s followed us all here.  She was very disappointed.

        – Prior to vacuuming I did a little cleanup and discovered a bunny poop in the carpet.  And I mean IN the carpet.  This is not long, thick carpeting.  This fairly large round bunny poop was very firmly planted deep into the carpeting.  Now you might be thinking that it somehow got stepped on and pushed in but I can assure it it’s off in a corner where no one is walking.  That’s when I suddenly realized — one of my bunnies must have super powers.  Yes, it’s true.  One of my bunnies is…. a super pooper.  Pooped that sucker out so hard it became embedded in the carpeting.  Is that talented or what?

Not to be competitive or anything (of all subjects) but I thought I’d cleaned up all of Spockie’s poopies in my last apartment…until I moved in May. Corners, rug (short pile not deep), and my favorite, the track for the sliding door.
