have you checked to see if there are any stores that carry it somewhat near you? even if they were a couple hours away, maybe they could ship it to you from their store and it might be cheaper… it’s worth a phone call.

no stores in alberta anywhere?! Dr Foster and Smith carries it too, not sure if they deliver to CA tho…

k&k Calgary’s Exotic and Avian Vet clinic here carries oxbow, is it possible there is a clinic there that carries it as well? I’m not sure if the clinic here would be willing to do any sort of shipment but here is their info if you wanted to call and see even if they know of a clinic there that would carry it:

Beka – it’s so sad, but no pet stores here carry oxbow, actually I find it very diffucult to find good quality food/hay for rabbits in general at the pet stores here. In all of Calgary there is one specialty pet store that actually takes care in the quality of their treats/food… except they have those yogurt dipped treats for rabbits.. I really wish they’d stop selling those altogether.

there is one petstore about 20 minutes away from me that carries it. it’s a little mom and pop, but i actually get mine right from my vet. it’s what she recommends… so she carries the pellets and tim hay. it’s worth a shot K&K…

Dr. Kwantes and the other vets at Park Veterinary Centre seem very competent, knowledgeable and caring….the clinic is clean and bright, the reception staff and the vet techs are friendly and gentle. The clinic also sells Oxbow small animal products.

If you know where that is, or if it’s not far, I’d suggest calling them to see what they carry for rabbits. If you said you’d buy it from them, you could probably get them to add your requests to their next order.

I always got my Oxbow products from a vet I didn’t otherwise use, and later from my own vet who started carrying it. Never saw it anywhere else.
