when cotton pulls out a buns hair I cannot tell easily cuz he eats the hair he pulls out. why do they do this? eat the hair?  I let cotton and puff together and he pulled her hair. they aren’t scraping tho. I am going to wait til she is older to introduce them. she is only 11 or 12 weeks and I don’t want her all stressed out or Puff either. when they are older and spayed should be better. I know they do nip to establish pecking order it had not gotten further than that when I saw him eating her hair I seperated them. he can visit them when they are in their cages tho. ruby is curiuos Puff is boxing. anyway what s with the hair eating

hmmm… not sure myself.  when pinky has gotten a mouth full of hair she doesn’t seem to eat it.  i wonder if it’s an instinct from grooming?  tho that wouldn’t explain why my dog eats hait tufts that have been combed out of him or the buns >.<

You know, I’m not really sure on this one. I noticed that Jack and Rucy would eat Bailey if they found a puff. I also wonder if it’s a territorial thing to get rid of another smell. I”ll be asking around.
