Hi everyone, I have another bunny question lol. When I go to pet my new bunny she always puts her ears back and her head down on the ground and lets me pet her. I wasn’t sure what this meant, if anything at all. Thanks for all of your help!

I think she’s submitting to you being the dominant one.

she is also wanting to be petted. seems like. They put their heads down sometimes they put their hind feet out too when they are very relaxed and you are petting them. the head down can mean pet me too

Oh yes, that is a “pet me, love me” request!!!!

              It’s a good thing.

Depending on her request – it also be a dominant move – where she is “requesting” that you pet her.   The thing is, even with my bunnies Jack and Rucy, they will request from each other love – so now that their relationship is established and they are “not forcing a dominant request of grooming” they just ask.   So it definitely good also be a “give me some lovin” move.
