BB does sell the Oxbow hay cubes. i don’t think there’s any way to get them on the rattle, but you could give them separately. i got them recently and i like having some hay variety for Meadow. and they’re not expensive.

That made me think about willow replacments for the willow rattle!?!  Anyone know if it’s possible to remoisten and bend broke off willow pieces back on to the rattle?

No replacements that I know of.   Not sure how those would be made, but actually it’s something I could bring up BusyBunny.com. Could be a whole new idea for the product – replacement cubes and rings.

Sorry Binky…..I feel like we are seriously demanding folk on here.  Glad you appease are nutty requests.

LOL, No worries skunklion. I actually feel grateful to have the opportunity to take interactive role when dealing with comments, concerns and suggestions when it comes to the store products. Many times, on the business/shop side of things, there isn’t an easy outlet for this type of thing, and I see it only as a way to make sure business is always up to par and continuing to meet customer’s needs – very important to me. It’s not easy having everything public sometimes, but so far, for the bigger picture/goal it keeps us striving for the best, and that can only benefit customers. This site now survives because of the store. All of the different software modules, updates, and the time it takes to go into a site is not cheap, and as we grow, we have to continue to purchase things (eg. – to keep the site from going at a snails pace.) So, ironically as we grow, it gets more expensive. So making sure customers are happy is what will keep the site up.

I did send an email to busybunny regarding the idea of future “replacement” cubes or rings.  Not sure if it is something that they will end up making,  but it doesn’t hurt to ask.   And right now, we personally do not have the resources to create the replacement products ourselves.
