  I just wanted you to know that petsource.org started a new monthly pet contest and it happens to be having your pet at work. Seeing as how I JUST took some pics of the buns at work, I figured I”d enter.
  
  So, if you have some spare time, stop on over and vote for Maryann and Dono.

  Just an FYI, I had them remove the box pics. I know, I asked to vote on one of them but I am sure that between us and their cuteness, the original pic will do just fine.

  Just keep it casual for now. Our last drive was because someone else was enlisting a bunch of people to help them as well. I don’t want anyone to feel obligated to vote every day.

  The prize includes some free swag from various pet item manufactuers – although I’m not sure how much will be appropriate for bunnies. The important item though is a donation to a shelter of your choice. I think the amount is $1000 – so this will greatly help all the lil’ guys I’ve been seeing over at Save A Bunny.
  
  I’ve just been told that one of my personal favorites, Bono, is going to the vet to have something on his jaw checked out. I noticed something like a bone spur back on his jaw. It isn’t causing him any issues or pain but I wanted it to be checked out. It’s probably going to cost around $100 for an x-ray but I’ve offered to cover the cost. I know there’s greater issues money is needed for but even the little things shouldn’t be overlooked.

  Have you contacted Save A Bunny to tell them to get the word out about the contest? We got a lot of votes from Rabbit Haven supporters because I put an article about the contest on our web site.

  I have sent an email to the volunteer staff and hopefully Marcy will pick it up and run with it. There’s a convention this weekend I am trying to prepare for so my attentions are elsewhere…
