  last nite my husband saw that my taking such good care of 2 rabbits is too much for my health. I am so sad. I do give them my all even to the point of my back hurting and all. so he took her and gave her to a neighbors daughter who is an adult. Also last nite I noticed her straining to pee and I made very sure the new owner knew all of this info and she needed a vet visit asap. and I told her about the sludge gave her this website and gave her the toys that are Feda’s. told her about the wires and bunny proofing and litterbox training. and made clear that right now she may not pee in the litterbox since she is having a difficulty and something isn’t right with her urinary tract. so the lady was very clear on the babies health. and she fell in love with it. feda is so gentle poor little thing. I am so sad but i do feel better knowing she is going to a caring home where she will get vet attention I would do it for her too but hubby said nooo the work of cleaning 2 rooms and the difficulty of keeping them seperated is causing us difficulty in navigating the bedroom to get to our stuff in the dressers and bathroom. which is so true. and they fight is another factor. awe I feel so sad you know that is teh 2nd pet store bunny that I have had that has health problems awe. well no more buns I can’t handle it 1 is enuf for me and greatly spoiled. 2 are too much to keep up with the cleaning the floors and mopping etc. my back killing me today. oh well I try and do my best to keep them clean and healthy and given lots of attention. i am just that way. my Mom told me I know you would have 100 of them if you could but your health you have to think of that. if you could do it Iknow you would. you are so good with pets etc.

  Your husband knows how your health is more than we do from your posts. I just wish you were feeling well. It’s hard to not be up to doing what you know you love. I’ve had health problems on and off, and it’s just upsetting and challenging in so many ways. I can’t quite remember how you came to have Itty Bitty Feda, but wasn’t it an impulse rescue you and your husband did one night? I was hoping he would be able to pitch in and help with the care of her, but he is away on business a lot from your description, and obviously you are left with the brunt of the work.
  
  Does her new owner live near you and your neighbor? I’m just wondering if you could visit with her once in a while, like a visiting aunt. Let us know if she gets to the vet soon and has a report on how Itty Bitty is doing. In a way, you were a foster mom for her, finding her a nice new home, so that was better than if she had stayed where you got her.
  
  Cotton is a scamp and one lucky boy to have a loving mom all to himself. He’ll probably relax more and you won’t have as much to do for him. Snuggle him tonight. I’m sad for you too.

  Oh bunnytowne, I am so sorry you’ve had to come to this decision. Feda is such a cutie, I do hope she’ll be okay.
  Love sometimes demands these kinds of sacrifices. I hope both you and Itty Bitty will be doing better soon. And I hope you’ll be able to visit her and maybe still have piccies? ^^

  yes It is hard. he had felt bad about Laith and he liked her too. but seeing how hard it is on me. and the new owner her dad lives in the same apt bldg we do. so I can get updates on her and even see her. they have a house. I am leaving my # with him to give to her to keep me updated unless she hops onto this site.

  awww… i’m sorry you had to give up feda. it sounds like you did the right thing for every one & found her a great home. i’m glad you’ll be able to get updates. hope the new arrangement is much easier on your back!
