        All I can say is Luna likes to sleep. And ohhhh boy she sleeps like the dead. She will flop all of a sudden and then that’s it…..lights out. We’ve turned on the vacuum cleaner, emptied the garbage can (she likes to sleep next to it) and even had music playing and had no reaction from her what-so-ever.

        She now has her own blanket she likes to snuggle up under. Is this common???

              Edson did this for 5 seconds until I woke him up thinking he was dead! So cute!

                my rabbit only flops for very short times.  the slightest noise and she will bolt up, i guess since a flop is such a vulnerable bunny state.  that’s amazing that she is so calm.  and those pics are priceless.

                    oh my… cutest pics ever!   my baby bun does this too.  many many a time i have had to watch her closely to detect signs of life.  once she was in bunny loaf position right infront of her hay box.  i refilled her hay right over her head, bag rustling and all, and she didn’t wake up.   a couple of hay pieces even fell on her head!  lol.

                      I love the one ear up – one ear back!

                      Kay is a big flopper, Winston only sometimes.
                      I have yet to see my two “crash out”. I’m starting to think they sleep with their eyes open. Weird!

                        OMG that is soooo freaking cute!!!!!! I don’t know, and don’t think its common, but I’d take it as a compliment. It means she’s relaxed and comfy!

                            Ohgeewhiz…wish MY bunnies were that comfortable and calm. Not to mention my cats, who scatter from sight like roaches the minute the vacuum cleaner makes it’s entrance! 0.o;

                              I have NEVER seen Jessica sleep!  She always has her eyes open.  Even when she is in a sleep like mode her eyes are only closed about 1/4 or 1/3 of the way.  I believe that some bunnies do sleep w/ their eyes open.  I have seen Leo sleep w/ eyes closed..

                              Your bunny is sooooo cute!  Luna must feel very safe and comfy in your home to pass out and snooze like that.  You’re a good bunny parent.  I LOVE the blankie…tooo cute!

                                this bun is just narcoleptic, it randomly passes out.

                                just make sure that when it happens to fall asleep it cant get hurt.

                                other than the fact that it may be an inconvenience to u or the bunny, i think its kinda cool.
                                you can say haha my bunny is narcoleptic and yours isnt.
                                just be glad that your buny has a disease with a longer name than on u have. Thats usually a good thing.
