Talk about needing a life….lol. The canister I’ve been keeping the bun’s pellets in has at least 2 inches of broken up pellets at the bottom. Have I seen a recipe somewhere here for making bunny cookies or something?

Here’s a recipe from the House Rabbit Society webpage:

There are others.  The powder is perfect because you otherwise have to pulverize the pellets in the blender anyway.  Your whole house will smell like peat during baking.  Whether this is good or not depends on your personal taste.  Our four bunnies love these cookies!

Thanks for the link! I had a horse for 32 years, I find having buns in the house with the smell of hay and things to be wonderful!

ooo if I didn’t use the oats and added healthier ground up veggies like celery I wonder if I could use these as a way to trick Truffles into eating something besides hay!
