i am not having a good day.  i left the house earlier to go & pick up some fake sheepskin to line pinky’s floor with.  on the way there i got pulled over.  apparently i forgot to renew my license plate sticker last october.  how one forgets that i have no idea.  no clue.  at first i thought it was a mistake but the cop said he already checked & i had not renewed.  so he left to write up a ticket for me.  then he came back & said that my drivers license had also expired last october.  so i’m like a felon now or something.  gahhhh!  anyways… he wrote me up for the expired license & not the sticker (a wee bit of mercy).  while i was waiting i called the ministry to see if i could swing by to straighten things out and they told me i needed an emissions test first.  yippee.  so then the cop comes back with my ticket & while he’s explaining that i have to pull off of the road & park because he can’t let me drive off with an expired license, i started to cry.  right infront of him.  how embarrassing.  gees louise.  then he says, i have to get you to pull off the road but after i leave i don’t care what you do at your own risk.  so i manage to mumble uh-huh and pull off the road.    being too embarrased to explain my situation to anyone face toface, i decided to throw caution to the wind & I drove home anyways.  i got an e-test on the way home but by the time they finished it was too late to renew everything.

thats it for my day.  i’m off for cuddles with my bunnies.  that’ll make me forget about the $300 i owe for the freakin ticket.  *sigh* (it could be worse, it could be worse, it could be worse…)
