        HELP!

My lovely boyfriend got me roses for V-Day, but a leaf fell and Thumper ate it right up.

Is this ok? She just ate one leaf from the roses.. but still.. can’t help but worry.

        Thanks!

It should be OK to eat just the one leaf.  Roses are actually fine for bunnies to eat, but florists treat their flowers with all sorts of stuff to keep them fresh longer, so definitely keep your buns away from any more of the flowers.  Since bunnies cannot vomit, check that the bun continues to poop and eat normally.  Rabbits have a relatively high speed digestive tract, so anything the bun ate should be through in 12-18 hours.

If I remember correctly, your buns are bug guys, right?  The bigger the bun, the less effect anything in the leaf will have.
