  All the bunnies are very tired today because a film crew was here filming them for a new TV show! It was a lot of fun, and the crew was very nice. We filmed the bunnies here at my house and we also filmed at the rabbit sanctuary where I (and Sarita too!) volunteer. i tried to hold Juli while I was talking to the host during one part but she jumped out of my arms and started hopping around the room and thumping and pooping while i was trying to keep my train of thought, haha. The show is supposed to air in mid-March on a new TV channel called Veria on the ish Network. I’m so excited to see bunnies on TV!

  oooo… exciting! that doesn’t sound like a channel that airs in canada, so hopefully you’ll be able to post a clip or something… i’d love to see it! juli was clearly trying to steal the show with the thumping & territorial pooping. what a diva! hee hee

  wow! That’s exciting. I adopted Lola from the NTRS around the first of January, now she’s pouting because she wants to be on TV. I probably don’t get that channel either so pllleeeaaseeee try and beg a copy for us to see!
  
  Did you happen to be at the sanctuary the day I brought Daisy to speed date? I met several people, but was so enthralled with all the bunnies I couldn’t remember names except for Sarita and Christa.
  
  I think it’s hilarious that Juli was telling the camera crew what-for, I hope they leave that in

  I definitely plan on getting a copy to send to my rabbit friends, I don’t have the “Dish Network” either so I don’t get the channel *boo* but we are checking the NTRS volunteer base to find out who gets it and has a DVR to record it on DVD. Kralspace – I actually wasn’t there the day you came to get Lola, but was SO happy to hear you adopted her! I just thought she was the sweetest lil’ Rex ever, and when I heard she went to a Binky Bunny member, it was the best news ever

  Lola’s a sweetie for sure, and I’m so glad she came home with us. When someone walks into the room, she bounds up to the top floor and hangs over the side wanting a pet and a treat. If I’m late feeding, she sits by the basket and thumps until I get the message. At first she would only go where I put rugs or the quilt, but she’s getting the hang of hopping on wood floors and explores quite a bit. She’s lost a little of her curves and is doing higher binkies now. Sometimes she jumps up vertically, like a penquin instead of the horizontal binky and it’s hilarious. Daisy just dotes on her , but is still trying to ‘clean’ those faint brown spots off!— Kathy

  Awwww its so nice to hear an update on her. I’m glad she’s losing a bit of weight, she was gettin a little TOO curvy there at the shelter She must loooooove having the room to binky and play, and its so sweet that she’s got Daisy to give her so many grooms! its little updates like those that just made my day (and make my week, and usually my month as well, haha)

  I don’t know if you saw it but here was Daisy’s personal ad I posted and the NTRS responded to, I’ve added Lolas pics there too. She’s quite protective of Daisy and really turns into a She Hare when the lovely Pringles comes snooping around. I can tell when she stretches out, that her head and feet are quite petite so if she and I can stick to our exercise plan, one of us will look a lot better! Thank you for taking care of her, do you know anything of her background?

  Hi Kralspace – initially Lola came from the Tri-City Shelter which serves Cedar Hill, Desoto, and Duncanville about a year ago and was adopted out but her family lost their home so she came back to us. They were quite sad to give her up and they had 2 other rabbits (one is with me, Emmy) and another one that they found a home for on their own that they got from a feed store. I’m so happy that Lola is doing great and that she is protective of sweet Daisy too.
