Has anyone tried feeding their buns mushrooms (the white kind you buy in the store)? I didn’t see them listed as good or bad on the recommended list…

I have seen them listed on the toxic plants list – but it does not mention specific kinds of mushrooms, so would not recommend giving them to a rabbit.

Mushrooms are a fungus and so I would tend to avoid giving that to a rabbit. It is likely the reason you aren’t finding it on a list is because not much is known about them being fed to rabbits and also have not been used for their nutritional content in a rabbit diet.

Err on the side of caution, that’s what my instinct was, but I was just wondering. Thanks for the input!
