Seeing the link to the ToysRUs commercial made me think of this. Does anyone here remember the Cadbury Bunny that used to show up on tv around Easter each year? It was your basic brown bun sitting there on camera, chewing away, and the sound of a chicken clucking seemed to come from his mouth.
I remember how one ad showed him hopping back and forth across the screen. Another just showed him sitting center stage. And the one I recall best was the one with all the other animals in rabbit ears (the lion was pee-your-pants funny with his deep voice) clucking to try to be a stunt double for the bunny…but in the end of course, there is only ONE Cadbury Bunny!
I remember eating the eggs too. Gosh those things were horribly sugar-packed! Enough to make you pucker! >_<
I’d love to find a clip of that old ad. Brings back so many fond memories!

i just saw this years one on tv last night. its the one where people are picking up diff buns & listening to the sounds they make to figure out if its the cadbury bun. one roars, another makes a rooster sound i thinks & the one that clucks is the big white one. i love all those commercials too

Oh man, I can’t wait to see the new ad! But WHY so much Easter stuff already?? It’s not even Valentine’s Day yet!! 0_o
No offense taken, charlie82. ^^ I really dislike our American chocolate also, I think the Cadbury’s is different here. But I shop Ebay quite a bit and order things from the UK. Every once in awhile a seller would include choccies from their local area…they were the yummiest I’d ever tasted!
Hazelnut is my favorite flavor, so I love those little imported wafers with the hazelnut cream and dark chocolate in them….YUMMMMM!
