Ok so I was told Spinner was a girl by her owner. Spinner sprays though and "she" bit once in a while. So I was curious flipped "her" over and WHOA!! She is a He!! OMGosh! I guess I shouldn’t be suprised her owner probably never cared to check. So Spinner is a boy! Definently!

Your right she probably never did check and it’s usually pretty easy to tell with a mature male.

Unspayed females could spray too so that is not necessarily an indication of sex.

LOL, wow, that is a plus as neutering is generally less expensive & less extensive procedure. Females do spray and have pronounced genitalia and like to mount other rabbits (and cats and arms etc) So my first rabbit turned out to be a girl, not a boy. My vet still laughs at the time I was in her office talking about neutering and she asked me “you do know Fu is a girl?” And left me sputtering “but he was humping the cat!”

it’s not uncommom for bunnies to be mis-sexed, overall it sounds like his owner has a LOT to learn about bunnires! We can only hope she’ll really be inspired by all the info you’re sharing with her and will take good care of Spinner.
