I have a two story hutch and the babies are upstairs.

I am worried that when they start jumping they will fall to the lower level.

I found those neat idea cubes and I thought of setting it up in the spare room.

The question is should I put a box in the spare room and shift them all into there with mum?

That doesn’t sound like a bad idea.  It gives them some safety until they grow bigger.

It sounds like a good idea to me – just keeping in mind that rabbits don’t like change all that much, try to bring as much of their things in from the hutch as possible, like the nest and the food dishes etc. so that Momma bun doesn’t get to flustered with the change of scenery It will be nice for them to be somewhere you can control the temperature of the room as well, its nice for bunnies to be able to stay at a cooler temperature (it’s summer in Australia right?), and also try to keep the temperature fluctuations in the room to a minimal level.

Yes, I think it sounds like a good plan and agree that bringing the litterbox, nest and same bowls sounds like a very good idea.
