  So, I just wanted to announce that the BF that I always talk about proposed on Friday! So now he will be the nameless fiance (his name is Brian BTW)! And we are very excited that we will now have one big bunny family, his 3 bunnies and my four bunnies, its just like the Brady Bunch! Though, our buns aren’t exactly bonded all together, though, that would be interesting…a heard of 7 bunnies running all around my apartment…I have always given him the credit for introducing me to bunnies as he had a bunny they named Snuffles when he was little and he always wanted another which is how he ended up adopting Henri, our very first bun, who inspired us to adopt 6 more! So that is the news from here, now that I’m going to marry a bunny lover its quite certain that we will always have a house with hay stuck in the ceiling fans, blankets that have bunny munches through them in one place or another, our books will never be pristine, and our cords will always be covered!

  Congratulations – that’s wonderful. He sounds like a great guy. You’ll just have to make sure you have a bunny safe flower bouquet for the buns to enjoy your wedding too.

  I am so very happy for you! I think that any guy who is in love with his bunnies definitly has a soft heart and not only makes a wonderfull human being, but will be such a caring and loving husband too! My bf is as crazy about our bunnies as I am and I think that only enhances our relationship. Most guys can’t see bunnies as more than anything but prey. Guy bunny-lovers are special, lol.
  I also credit my bf with introducing me to the joys of having bunnies becuase he rescued our first one from a humane society shelter and suprised me with her for christmas…then two weeks later we went and rescued another one!

  i had an idea… of course i don’t know how you feel about "bunny kitsch" but wouldn’t it be so sweet… if you have a traditional wedding cake… to have a bride and groom bunny on top? could you train any of the buns to carry the ring?

  Why thank you everyone We’ve set the date for April next year, we are thinking about going to Jamaica to get married so unfortunately the buns won’t be able to participate! Though, I did think about it. I’m quite sure if I gave any of my bunnies a pillow to carry a ring on that they would proceed down the aisle about 2 steps before ripping it to shreds, and chinning the ring, and then going around chinning the guests and eating certain select pieces of people’s dresses!I could never picture myself with anyone but an animal lover, and since dogs are out because it would scare the buns, and I’m allergic to cats, I’m glad I found another bunny lover!

  You will really be the bunny brady family!! I’m getting all the images of the bunny munched ring pillow. imagine trying to get a parade of seven bunnies to walk down the aisle??!!
  
  I went to Negril, Jamaica on my first honeymoon. the people were so friendly, it was wonderful. I’m also a big fan of Fiji and would recommend checking that out too 😉

  CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How exciting! I am so happy for you. He sounds like a wonderful catch and you being such a sweet caring person – a perfect match. It really is great to have such similar interest – I know you one day want to have a bunny sanctuary and it sure will help to have a life partner that loves rabbits too!
