Edit: Sorry, made a mistake with the title again. I need to stop doing that! *Addicted to using emoticons*
Also, sorry if the pictures are a bit big. (My monitor resolution is really high.) I can shrink them a bit it anybody is having problems with them.
Hey guys, I am borrowing a camera from my brother (I need to take some pictures to add to my application for a bunny
) so I thought I’d finally introduce you all to Vicki.
If you haven’t heard the story yet, I took Vicki from a neighbour a few days before he was planning to surrender her to the local humane society. She was hardly socialized, mostly starved (he had been feeding her nothing but leftover scraps for about a week by that point) and so terribly skiddish she peed on me the first time I picked her up. The name ‘Vicki’ was a mocking reference to a mutual friend of ours and (somewhat unfortunately) it stuck even though she was usually just called ‘Bunny’. She was pretty much soaked in pee and all he had ever used for bedding was newspaper, so her feet were essentially black.
She was a sorry sight, to be sure, and I would be lying if I said I took her out of anything but pity. I wasn’t even planning to have a bunny at the time, but I have no regrets now that I’ve gone through the effort of rescuing her. She’s already come a very long way and getting better and more visibly happy all the time
Apparently a common and very cheesy nickname she also had was ‘Phantom’… go figure

For effect, take a look at the left side of her face and then the right side… my boyfriend teases her and calls her a goth especially because of the left side, haha. Permanent eyeshadow all the way
I tried to take a picture of her cage, too, but it’s a bit hard to make sense of in the picture. It’s also missing a few toys, her bowls, and a couple of other things because I was in the middle of cleaning when I took it.

Also, I realize this is a fairly silly question, but can anybody give me any idea what breed(s) Vicki is just by looking at her? I really have no idea, except that I’m sure, originally being a petstore animal and all, that she’s a cross of at least a couple things.
Let me know if you have any ideas – thanks!
