I can't take credit for this - someone posted that they made one of these with the cardboard their yoga mat was rolled around.
I made one out of a paper towel tube.
Inside there is Blue Bunny Mix hay, cilantro & a few rasins.
Outside is more Blue Bunny Mix Hay & Cilantro - Tied on with cotton string.
It was quite a hit!
