Basically if I put him in his little box with his poo and tell him that’s where he pottys gently then he lays down in there and thinks its where I want him to sleep but then I don’t want him laying in his poop so I encourage back to his house to sleep but then when I’m not in the room he will poop everywhere which isn’t normal and then this morning after I turned on the vaccumm he got mad and peed all over the side of his cage for the first time he usually pees in his litter box and once on top of his house not sure why ?

I don’t think you need to put him in the litter box.  You don’t want it to become a place of punishment.  Just keep putting his poop there.  I had problems with Dobby (and still do) so I occassionally put a really good treat in his litter box for him to find or give him a treat when he is in there.

Not sure about the vacuum cleaner.  He could have been scared.  He will probably get used to the sound.  Dobby used to freeze up in panic when he heard the vacuum cleaner.  He still doesn’t like it but he doesn’t freak out anymore.

No, I don’t think he’s mad at you…I do suspect though he doesn’t understand why you are putting him in the litterbox.

If you haven’t read this about litter box training, it’s a good place to start:

As long as the litter box is cleaned frequently (I dump out my boxes every other day) them hanging out or sleeping in there isn’t a huge issue and is pretty common. It can make litter training easier when they enjoy spending time in their boxes. Placing hay in the box can be helpful.  A lot of bunnies like to munch while they potty. Placing stray poo in their boxes and soaking up urine with paper towels and placing it their box can help re-inforce good habits.

The article Sarita posted is really helpful. Here are some more links with good info:
