One of my girls did pass away, but it was after a spay. AND I’m pretty sure the vet didn’t actually do blood work on the rabbits -_- Moogle will be neutered elsewhere. The vet said it was either “complications” in which something got twisted around her renal gland, or it was something hereditary. I was very upset, but the good news is neuters are much less complicated than spays. Good luck

      • Thanks,it makes me feel somewhat less scared/nervous!

I know it’s scary. Just remember that it’s a very routine procedure and the vast majority of rabbits don’t have any problems. Make sure your vet is rabbit savvy and it’s always recommended to get pre-anaesthesia bloodwork.
