How many servings of veggies do you give your bunny per day?

At what time of the day, and what does it consist of?

I give him lettuce, parsley, arugula and dill for now (planning removing some then rotating) all in 1 serving because it doesn’t take him much time to eat it all, I do it at around midnight

Mine will get theirs in the evening. Usually around 7:00 or so. Really, its whenever they act like they want it. LOL They get what they will normally eat all at once. If I give them too much, then they won’t eat it.

I distribute veggies throughout the day. I work at home, so I’m able to do that. Sometimes they get single veggies, sometimes it’s a combination of 2 or 3 veggies. They get kale, romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, cilantro, Italian parsley, dandelion greens, carrot tops, carrots, occasionally broccoli, cabbage, mint or dill.

I feel my guy his nightly salad around 7. That’s when I’m home and have time to cut everything up and give it to him

We have no set veggie time, only a set pellet time. Veggies are given whenever during the day we want a dose of cute (Usually several times a day in small servings)
Mint, basil, parsley, rainbow chard, mustard greens, collard greens, and the rare bit of cabbage or kale are the most common vegs in our apartment. Occasionally, they get romaine, too.

Usually around 5:30pm. I’m prepping dinner so I just give Chester his dinner too. He gets a mix of baby bok choy, kale, spring mix and cilantro. I vary the mix depending on what’s at the marker. He won’t eat parsley or anything that it touched

Mine all get a bowl of leafy greens (cat food type bowl and giant salad bowl for the quartet) at breakfast about 7ish in the morning just before I leave for work and then again in the evening about 9pm just before I go to bed. They usually get a little bit of carrot in the evening salad and lots of wild fennel.

I feed Java one salad in the morning (5-8 am), one salad in the evening (7-10 pm). I would estimate that each salad is about 2.25 – 2.5 cups each, so he gets around 4.75 cups of veggies a day. Java gets lettuce (multiple types), basil (multiple types), cilantro, mint, arugula, dandelion, fennel, carrot tops, strawberry leaves, mache, kale, dill, rosemary, oregano, marjoram, sage, thyme, spinach/parsley, broccoli, celery (leaves and stalk), parsnip, and a baby carrot.

Monty gets 5 cups of veggies, Dexter and Penny get 5 cups to share, the babies are both up to about 2 cups each.

                          I generally feed daily:
Green and/or Red Romaine, Butter Lettuce, Cilantro, Kale, Bok Choy, and some occasional Swiss Chard. Monty gets two baby carrots and the rest get one each. Everyone but Dexter and Penny get a small slice of apple.

I feed them at around 6-8pm.

My little girl gets one salad a day around dinner time (6-7) because I always sit on the floor when I eat so it keeps her out of my face ^^
We are still introducing veggies and my options are somewhat limited because fresh herbs are non existent here but she eats lettuce, bok choi, spinach, parsley, swiss chard, kale and chicory. She usually eats it all at once – there might be one or two leaves left on the plate but they are always gone before bed.

One serving nightly around 7. Sometimes I’ll give her a leaf or spring or two throughout the day if I’m working from home, otherwise, she gets a little more than a packed cup of veggies — most typically cilantro, parsley, and romaine, but she’s pretty into greens and has enjoyed everything we’ve tried thus far (spinach, bok choy, arugula, basil, dill) except bell pepper.

Sorry to double post — I see that the norm here seems to be two cups of veggies, while the foster organization we adopted Mrs. Coach from was recommending one packed cup…I’m wondering if there’s much of a difference, anyway (since I do one packed cup & a bit more, typically, that might even out to two nominal cups). Thoughts? Her poops/water intake/mood all seem healthy to me. She always eats her full serving of veggies.

Not too long – just like 5 minutes at most. He only gets a little sprig/pinch of each thing, so it’s not too bad. Only chopping the celery and parsnip really takes any “work.”
