My bunnies are about 3.3 lbs each. Was just wondering if you guys have any feeding suggestions in terms of quantity and when to feed them? Right now, I feed them about 1 cup of greens each morning and then give them a snack such as some apple or something when I get home from work, and then right before bed (about 12 hours before their morning meal), i give them 3 oz each of pellets. They always have alfalfa hay available to them. They are 6 months, so I am going to start mixing in timothy hay and slowly only give them that!

Any changes I should make?

It really doesn't matter when you give the pellets but that sounds just fine as far as diet. I put a bunch of greens out but he doesn't eat all of them - doesn't eat much at all really.

Definitely get them off the alfalfa hay soon and start on the timmy.

The amount recommended by the House Rabbit Society is 2 cups per up to 6 pound body weight.
