My buns room : http://s882.photobucket.com/albums/...CF0065.mp4 ... though things have changed a lot. That was when I was still just setting it up. Closet is clear of stuff and they are down to 3 litter boxes and the vinyl is gone. Can't be bothered to clean it to get a new one atm. lol Currently theres a hay mess |

Ok so Thump and oreo can't be free roam like I want them to be in my apartment but here is the ridiculously expensive cage and playpen I have for them.
In What ever place we have after this I would love to have them free roam But don't worry they get out to play often =D

New bunny room (which is currently in a complete state due to a huge play session, this pic is when it was just finished)
Once every one is spayed and rebonded I will set up the lounge so they can have extra play space. They lost a lot of room when I moved them but it's already proved a good idea. Yesterday it was 36 degrees celcius and the original room was as hot as the external temp whilst the new bunny room stayed at 20 degrees celcius until much later and then only got up to 25 degrees. Given that we are in for a killer Summer down here it will make it a lot less stressful on all of us if I don't have to worry about them over heating while I am at work, even if the power goes out and the cooler goes off. (Didn't need it all yesterday even during the hottest part of the day, where as before it nearly ran 24/7 all Summer)

Here is Dizzie's room now. The flooring is amazing and cleans up well.
This is what her room looked like before I got her the new floor. I bought this flooring in the toy section at Walmart. They worked well for awhile, until they started to wear out a bit. They are only about $9, so they arent so extremely expensive. The top picture's flooring was about $50 for a 6x10 area. I really like those.

They work out so nicely! They clean up really well and i found that the more expensive ones (in the top pic, they were about $50 with shipping), dont shift around at all. |

Where did you order the $50 ones? They are really nice! Do they not soak up fluid if there's an accident? Or does it get in between the cracks?

http://softtiles.com/ <-----check out this website. there are different ones you can pick from too. I just picked the normal colored ones. i love the flooring...i suggested to my husband that we do the whole house in them, but he saud no!! They dont soak up the fluid...it just sits on top. it is quite possible it could get into the cracks, but it hasnt happened to me at all. they are pretty tight together. |

Bullrider, I LOVE your condos I'd like to do carpet but it gets warm in my room =/
That rubber flooring, wouldn't the buns chew it? :o I would imagine Mimzy would.
Here's mine:

Wow! You guys have some seriously lucky buns! Mine's space is simple and not as big, but it's easy to keep neat and he likes it in there. I make sure to let him out to run around my room a lot. |

Dizzie doesnt chew her flooring, but i know that Cupcake would destroy it, so i dont use it for her. it just depends on your bunn!! Dizzie is not a "digger" or a "chewer" so it works well for her |

These are all really cool habitats! Bones, one comment I need to make: that wire looks mighty tasty. Any way to tape it up along the bunk rail and run it down the wall to the socket, so it can't be chewed? I used to put wire holders (they screw into the wall through a small plastic piece that a wire sits in. Cheap for dozens at a hardware store) up to the ceiling, run it around the room and then down to a socket so my bunny couldn't reach it at all. They really go for wires and will nibble that one you have. It's very dangerous to a bunny. |

This is part of the bunny room:

They also get separate run times when we are home. We're hoping this set-up is just temporary until they become bonded.. hopefully :/
