I figured compiling a list of literature featuring rabbits as characters would be interesting.

“The Tale of Peter Rabbit”  - Beatrix Potter

“The Tale of Benjamin Bunny” - Beatrix Potter

“The Fierce Bad Rabbit” - Beatrix Potter

“The Tale of the Flopsy Bunnies” - Beatrix Potter

“Guess How Much I Love You” – Sam McBratney (this was my favorite book as a child, all of the characters are rabbits)

“Redwall” – Brian Jacques (Okay, technically Basil is a hare, but close enough).

What can you come up with?

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland – Lewis Carroll

I have to add this one too. I came across it on blog I was lured to by a angora rabbit picture.
Dark Light – Jayne Castle.  Fiction novel about ghost hunters apparently but it has a dust bunny character (yes, that’s right) named Elvis ! Lol

haha, don’t feel bad. We’ve only just begun brainstorming.

                I have 2 more classics.

The Velveteen Rabbit – Margery Williams

The Hare and the Tortoise – Aesop Fables

I just remembered I wrote a childrens book for a school project once. It featured a bunny named Bronwyn.  Hardly literature though!
