My toe!!(must read)

Ok,for some wierd reason my bunny like to be in a empty bathtub so i put him in there as usual and gave him his towel to bunch up. i was watching tv with my feet in the tub and my back turned.when i turned around to watch him he was doing the usual and bunching up his towel(next to my feet in the tub) so i was like ok,then when i was about to turn back around he sord of nugded my foot,that go my attention so i just kept watching him.i was like what was that for???and then, simintaneusley frappichino(my bunny)turns around and bites my toe!!i was like owwww (but it dident even hurt much)i was like so shocked becuase he has never bitten me it was sord of funnythen i look at him and hen realized my foot was on the towel and then after my foot moved he picked up his towel with his mouth and then moved it!!i guess when my bunny wants something he gets it!!!

lolz…Not worthless at all, very cute! ^_^ Yup…when bunny wants you to move (or move something) he will let you know with no uncertain terms!
Mimzy will nose bump me first, usually…but if I don’t get the message, teeth seem to do the job. He bites hard though, it hurts! >_<
Does your bunny ever push his front feet on his towel to ‘smooth it out’? Mimzy will dig at a dish towel I let him have and then he takes it and makes it all flat after he’s done pushing it all together…it’s the silliest contrary thing I’ve ever seen an animal do.

Glad to hear our bunny didn’t hurt you. You”ll see some members have posted bunny bites that leave some serious marks…you should be sure that bunny understands if he hurts you with a firm, ‘No!’

Lots of folks not online due to holiday. Just reading this now, and I’m 3 hours ahead EST.

Anyway, bunnies will often use their teeth to get your attention or to do something, but I’ve noticed it’s the rare bunny that intentionally breaks skin. Usually they are pretty sensitive to how much pressure it takes to hurt but not harm. If you let out a very high pitched squeal, (doesn’t have to be loud) they will understand that they’ve hurt you. A bunny in pain makes a similar noise so you’re talking his language. Spockie used to set his teeth but not on purpose, and if I squealed, he would give me a bunch of kisses. I think it was an apology.

lol, thats so funny! It must be a bunny thing cause our babies follow carl around the house sometimes, and whne he stops walking they bite his toes!
Maybe they like the sweaty taste or something?! My guinea pig thought my finger was a carrot the other day. I was like “Oh look, how cute he is nibbling my… OWWWWWWWWW!”

haha thanks for commenting and btw mimzmum my bunny does the same thing!! anyways when he bit me i was like what shoud i do,is all i thot for 1 second in my head and then i went no!so yeah again thanks for commenting!!
